Here's your chance to share some of your handiwork with others on the Warm Glass board.

Just send in up to 100 magnets and get magnets from other people in return.

All you have to do is sign up with Els (see the link above right)

and follow the simple rules and regulations below.

After a maximum of 100 or so entries, signing up will end and no new entrants will be allowed.

Rules and Regulations

1.  Magnets must be made of glass and fused in a kiln so that the edges are not sharp.

 2.  Magnets should be no larger than 2" by 1 1/2".  Smaller is better -- 1 3/8" by 1 3/8" makes a good size.  In order to save on shipping costs, we're asking folks not to affix magnets to the back of their magnets.

 3.  Make as many magnets as you wish, up to 100.  You'll get back around the same number of magnets that you send in, but it's possible that folks who send in 100 will get a few less than that back.  (Everything may not match up, and the price we'll pay will be a few donations to the kiln gods.)

 4.  Your magnets must be received no later than February 7th, 2002.  This is a drop dead date.  If the magnets are received later than this, they'll be returned to you.

 5.  Your magnet shipment must be accompanied by the proper postage necessary for a return shipment.  You can do this by enclosing US postage stamps, using international reply coupons, or a check, money order, or bank draft in US funds made payable to Els Gangloff.  If you want the package to be insured, include the funds for that as well. Contact Els at the above email if you must make other arrangements.

 6.  Send your magnets to Els Gangloff,  Elsware, 11809 - 189th Avenue SE, Snohomish, WA  98290 USA.   Magnets must be received no later than February 7th, 2002

7.  Address questions to Els at the email link at the top of the page.

And remember, generosity is good.  If you want to slip in a a treat or two

for the crew of volunteers that's doing all the work

(you know, a few extra magnets, some cash, some cookies, a pound or two of chocolate)

then I'm sure your gift would be appreciated.

And thanks for participating!
