Richard La Londe Master Class

Post by pshash »

I just got back from Richard's class and wanted to share some photos. The first two days we did the multilayer technique. Then we went to Rob Adamson's studio to do the rollout and pumpkins. We made the stainless steel molds for the roll outs and alum backing for the multilayer panel. All of the work was photographed by a prof photographer.

I would highly recommend this class to everyone. Our group had a great time and Richard, Rob and Fritz Dreisbach were wonderful teachers and very helpful with the glass blowing and roll outs. Afterwards, I went to Olympic National Park (snuck in but did have a year pass). There are some beautiful beaches and and rainforests near Forks. I highly recommend the Misty Valley Inn B&B if you stay there. Wonderful breakfast and desserts.

I hope you enjoy the photos.
