Thats a great story! I guess I would worry about a fire starting in the Kiln if it had that much tape on it! haha I am one of the fortunate males who no longer have to worry about Hair Spray so I don't have that around, I've tried Glastac and it works ok if you're patient enough for it to dry and yo...

Etching materials
I'm doing a piece that is combining several different techniques, and I wanted to know what product produces the most significant etching result. The one I've tried barely varies the surface even after sitting on the glass for almost 20/30 minutes? Any ideas are appreciated!

Greetings! I'm new to the forum and just recently ventured into the wonderful world of Warm Glass. I'm wondering if there are any artists local to Chicago who would be willing to help break in a newbie to kiln technique or if anyone knows of classes/class in Chicago!
