glue color

Just curious, does this Dynamax glue with activator cure clear or does it yellow in time? I have been searching the archives to figure out which glue is the best for opaque glass to metal applications and I'll admit to being a bit confused by the many options. :? I want a strong bond, not UV dependa...

I have seen torchiere style molds (also known as bowls but more lampish looking) on Gil and Carmen's site (Fusion isn't it? I always find it by circuitous means). Is there a heat problem with soft glass and lamp/sconce shades? I did a search for 'lamp shade heat' in the archives but nothing came up....

Thanks Rosanna - I guess I can try fiber paper with a razor blade and a form.

Why the taboo on slumping over clay - esp flat clay that is very nearly dish like? Just curious.
