Wow! I can't thank you all enough for the great and quick replies! One correction though, I'm using thin BE ... so these things aren't quite as thick as I had you all imagining... sorry. As far as the nipper idea goes, I'm trying to avoid having to do any touch-up/grinder work since I'm doing these ...
