ceramiguard draping Q?

Post by rosanna gusler »

i want to use a square of ceramiguard to drape a circle over to make a square table top with turned down edges. should i put a thick piece of fiber paper (1/4") on top and extending out past the edges just a little as a buffer? i am afraid that the glass will grab the ceramiguard on cool down otherwise. i have done plenty of drops through but never a drape over. and while we are on the subject, how about rigidized fiber? does it get grabbed on cool down? i just do not want to take the time to finish dressing my steel plates today. rosanna
