Its been sometime since I made a plaster mold and I cant remember what all goes into it.
Can someone please give me the recipe.

The classic recipe is 1/3 plaster, 1/3 silica, 1/3 water by weight. Proportions can be close to those ratios and still work. There are lots of other recipes.
Mix dry ingredients together first, then add to water.
