Amaco Glass

Post by Eric Bloom »

Has anyone used Amaco glass? I found several sample boxes, its all marked COE 90. I use 96. I've done a few firings with the Amaco using a schedule that works for 96 (not mixing the 90 and 96) and so far so good. I suspect this stuff is old.

You're right, it's really old stuff, 10 to 15 years old.

For a short period back then Amaco had a fusible line, but it didn't last long. Not sure if it was made by Bullseye or someone else, but it's 90COE, just don't mix it with your 96.
