16inch+ flat wheel grinder

What are a list of good manufacturers for 16"+ flat wheel grinders? I looked at one by Glastar at 20" for 4100 and that seems a bit high. Anyone else have a brand they have used?

HIS also sells plans to make your own. Their major interest is to sell you the diamond pads.
