First Combing Attempts

Judy,
That seems to come with practice and going doing less passes at the beginning. I have started planning where I want the glass to come down a bit. Not always successful.

It is so great having Patty's tutorial and Brad's book and the support of each other when we try new things on our own.

Keep on combing!!!!!!

So you agree to take only one pass at a time and try to either bend the prongs on the fork or better I think I might get one of those hooks which Brad shows in his book.

I was disappointed in that not all of the colors were pulled through.

I've already got two more set up to do tomorrow.

make quicker passes, and cool the fork in a water bucket between uses. it sticks because it heats up. glass won't stick to cold metal.

I had the tool soak before starting, but did not put it back into the water between combings. I'll take your advice.
