Sealing Oasis or green floral foam.

I've carved a nice little abstract piece in green floral foam. I'm wanting to "seal" it and have a nice smooth surface on it.

I've tried several different items from acrylic sprays, to wood filler, to plaster...but all require additional sanding, etc.

Anyone have any ideas on products that would "seal" and leave a nice smooth coat in one step ? Or any other ideas would be great.

Thanks,
Russ

I don't know if it will work on Green Oasis but 'fibre glass gel coat' will work on polyurethane foam (the space invader type ) the only problem is a slight loss of the original size. Col
