Hi, I am using spectrum 96, have done 2 firings. The first was the blank, the second to place small geometric tiles in design. I plan to decorate on top of this design using noodles I have cut in half and formed into shapes using a torch. My question is, If I want the noodles to retain their shape and not go to a full fuse (technically tack fuse I guess) can I "fuse" them and slump at the same time?

				Hi Shari,
yes you can tack them during a slump...I usually apply a little glue to keep them from moving.

Patty...Where do you get your iron plate holders? I like the simplicity of them.

Question here. When I slump can I tack fuse 1/8 in glass to the base of what I am slumping or draping? I was under the impression that the tack fuse had to be a separate step. It would be wonderful if I could eliminate one firing.
