what kind of paint is this?

what kind of paint g comes out this bright and clear? In particular on float or BE if possible. The murano vase painting was done on leaded
crystal. Would that have a dramatically different effect?

It could be German transparent glass enamels. There are a few sources for them in the USA. I don't know the situation in Auz. Heraeus and Ferro (Deguza) make them.
I'm sure the substrate of glass does matter to the final look. Lead crystal is brighter than BE.
I doubt they are, but you can get a look much like that with Ferro Organic Bottle coatings fired to 400ºF.
