Jen Ken Kiln digital thermometer

I have a question, I've got my Jen Ken kiln, and it has the digital thermometer, and I don't know how to program it, can someone please help me?, or point me in the right direction.

Are you referring to a controller or to something else? If it's a controller, let us know your model of kiln and what the controller looks like and we can probably help. Perhaps you can find your particular controller here:

if it's a digital controller, centre de verre has alot of kiln controller manuals online along with the various kilns and they carry the jen ken line - click on the link at the top of the page to visit their site....

btw, randy and mike usually include a manual for the controller and kiln - are you sure you didn't get one?

if you bought it directly from gen ken, or even if you got it used, id say, just call em up, they have always been very helpful with all my questions, these people are first rate,,,good luck,,rodney
