Hi,

I want to make some glass nuggets from the scrap Sys 96 glass I have, I will be cutting it into 1/2" squares and fusing 2 squares together. I have never made them before and I have a new kiln it's a Paragon Fusion 8 with sentry controller. Can someone please give me a firing schedule that I could start off with, I am still trying to get used to this new kiln.

Thank you :)

Turn it on high until done.
Turn it off.

So in other words do I ramp up ASAP to around 1450 check and then turn off?

Vicki,
You may need to hold some at 1450.
Check to see if they are done, then turn off the kiln.

"I want to make some glass nuggets . . ."

"Turn it on high until done. Turn it off."

"So in other words do I ramp up ASAP to around 1450 check and then turn off?"

Thanks so much everyone as they say you don't learn if you don't ask. Even for the simplest of things. Thank you again for taking the time to reply. :)
