Tiny holes after sandblasting

Hello Everyone,
I have recently fully fused white and grey powder onto a layer of clear glass and ended up with a smooth, nice surface. After sandblasting the piece I noticed two small holes (a little over 1 mm in diameter). The holes do not go all the way through, only through the powder part. The layer of glass behind the powder is intact. I was wondering if there is anything I could use (silicon?) to fill the holes without refiring. They really bother me… Your input is much appreciated.
