Devit on edges of URO machine rolled clear

Hello,
I have been using URO machine rolled clear COE 90 for YEARS, same firing schedule, same formula, same glass combos. Lately, I'm noticing the edge of the glass has a little texture from the rolling process, and those areas are often resulting in a little devit. I'm cleaning the glass the same as I used to (even better, really, to try to abate this), and nothing has changed in my studio. What's going on, and what can I do other than cutting off the edges and wasting all that glass??
