I own a skutt hotstart kiln with a glassmaster programmer on it. I am unable to go into 'pro' mode....just auto. Since I have nothing to fire on auto, I don't know whether that is really working or not,,,I just know that for sure the I can't use my 'pro' . Has anyone had this happen to them>? I do have an email into skutt...but thought I would check here too.

YAY!!!! The tech support from Skutt Kilns just called and got me going again!! Thank-you thank-you!! For anyone else who ever has this happen, I had to make sure it was in 'idle' then pressed and held the up arrow til it beeped

forgot...and then after it beeps, press enter. I was happy that no programmes were lost either! So happy!
