Removing label from Absolut bottle

I was wondering if the upper label on a bottle of Absolut Vodka would burn off if left on during slumping? I am referring to the small round label at the top of the bottle in a round indentation which seems like a sticker type label. I researched this on the web and could not find an answer.
If this has to be removed, any suggestions on how to do it?
I am aware that the lower label will not burn off during firing.
