I fuse mica between two pieces of glass, to avoid mica sticking to the clear glass cap, I cover the mica with clear glass powder or clear transparent enamel. I always get cloudy appearance after fusing

The clear powder is causing the cloudy appearance. I don't understand your comment about keeping the mica from sticking to the clear cap. What are you trying to achieve?

you don't need to cover the mica with anything. I've had good success even doing the mica on top and not capping at all. just depends on the look you are going for.

I am trying to fuse a pendant with mica inside, part of the mica stick to the clear cap and the shape of the mica drawing does not stay as one unit
