Being new to this type of warm/hot glass I needed help in reprograming my digital controller in order to fuse and slump.
I contracted Craig at Arrow Springs (where I bought the controller 4 years ago) and he was incredibly patient and informative.
It is so refreshing now adays to get a employee and or company that is so customer oriented. Just wanted to share a kindness with all of you.
