Hi Bert,

Many years ago you gave me a float glass fusing schedule for three 2 mm sheet glass (total 6 mm). I cannot find it anywhere and would appreciate you giving it to me again please. I always use BE glass but have come across a great amount of float glass and wish to use it. And you also told me which side to place down; tin side up or tn side down?

Tin side down.
Here are my float schedules. My controller programs from temp to temp over time. So you will have to convert to degrees per hour if that is how your control.
These schedules would work for Bullseye or Spectrum, in monolithic thicknesses, by subtracting 80ºF.

6mm thickness
> 1000 hold .6 hr
1000 > 900 take .6 hr
900 > 700 take .4 hr
700 > 300 take .4 hr

10mm thickness
> 1000 hold 1.2 hr
1000 > 900 take 1.2 hr
900 > 700 take .8 hr
700 > 300 take .8 hr

12 mm thickness
> 1000 hold 2 hr
1000 > 900 take 2 hr
900 > 700 take 1.5 hr
700 > 300 take 1.5 hr

I have been doing 30 mm with this schedule
> 1000 hold 4.8 hr
1000 > 900 take 4.8 hr
900 > 700 take 3.6 hr
700 > 300 take 3.6 hr
