				Pot melt problem

I tried pot melting for the first time. I used a small terracotta pot and a recommended firing schedule. When it was done there was melted glass in the pot and a stream of glass connecting the bottom of the pot to the glass in the mold below. What caused this? I really need help. Thanks.

That's normal. You needed more heat and more time.

Got a peep hole? One quick glance will tell you whether it's done or not.
