				Don't give up on the piece Dana,
Need to find a useful function for it..
Maybe a downspout receptor, or a wall mounted mail holder.

				Or trim it so you have a ring, fuse it to a double-layer of white or off-white, and put it back into the same mold for a unique two-toned piece.

Yes, I've considered using the ring as a border to another piece. It would be easy to cut out -- it's half way there
