new kiln looking for Digitry parts

We are currently in the process of building a new glass slumping kiln. We currently have a GB5 controller from digitry. We also use the Type K sending units for the thermocouple. I am trying to find a couple more of the sending units from Digitry or find another alternate. We can't seem to get in touch with them to order.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes we have tried both. For a couple weeks now and no response.
