Kiln Shelf

Need a large kiln shelf 30" x 60".
Does anyone have any information on this?

I got one of those extruded cordeirite (?) shelves, beautiful surfaces, heavy as anything, expensive. Lasted 2 firings before cracking.
I also tried large sheets of vermiculite but it tends to bow and also crack.
Bullseye has (had?) a tip sheet on spanning large surfaces with smaller mullite shelves butted close with sand filling the gaps and fiberpaper covering the seams. Plan on coldworking those seams if you need clean surfaces on both sides.
