Polish Vase

I have a customer who just opened another store and in this particular store he's featuring a lot of "functional" glass of mine but he's also purchasing some beautiful glass vases with lots of holes in them from Poland.
One of these vases came into his store damaged and he gave it to me just to see what I might do with it.
Does anyone know what type of glass might be coming from Poland. It has a lot of clear glass with sort of splashes of color.
If I try melting it again would it be wise to anneal at temperatures from float down to Spectrum/BE?
If I could set up something huge it would probably make an interesting pot melt.
