barbara's knock off problem Q?

hi barbara, are they using your name? glastile? the names of your lines? if they are using your sample boards are they ballsey enough to use the names too? i will call around here and in wilmington and ask for tile that looks like yours. i think this is a good project for the 24/7 R&D team. rosanna

You have no idea what I would like to say here, but I can't make a public forum out of the details. Let's just say that my product is in the dealer's showroom, but I am not receiving any orders from them. And I'm not sure where all the dealers are.- Barbara

Barbara - I will keep my eyes and ears open in the San Diego area to see what we can come up with here and let you know. I'm sure this is so disappointing to you to build your business and your good reputation and then this happens.
